I just wanted to say the name "Quality" in Quality Boats is very fitting. My experience with your organization and foremost your employees Joe, which always followed up and honored what he said. No matter how many times we went back to the drawing board, Joe stayed calm and professional through the entire transaction. Doug in the Service department was great, he followed through on all my warranty issues / 50 hour services and the work was completed in a very timely fashion. Also Melissa followed through with all the paper work and made all the red tape a breeze. Thanks to all at Quality Boats, I will not hesitate to recommend you or come back for my next boat. (The new 42, but let's not tell my wife just yet.)

Belated but heartfelt thank you for the fantastic service we received last Friday involving the broken portside shifting cable. Even my guests were impressed with the speedy response. We had a couple from Germany, a couple from Hungary, two friends from Denmark, a visitor from Chicago, and my wife and I ready to go to Caladesi Island. You truly saved the day for the nine of us! Also thanks to Randy, Brion and Steven for their dockside efforts, even a neighbor across the waterway voiced his amusement about the way things got handled. One more reason to buy a boat from the local dealer. I will not forget this service call. Thanks again.
